I've only just started taking the recommended dose in the morning as suggested by my nutritionist. It's only been two days now, but my blood glucose numbers are staying within range all day and throughout the night. I'd like to say more positive things, but do not have enough experience with the product yet. But expect great things from what little I have seen.
